Privacy Policy

J&I (JandI) collects only the minimum information needed for a quote consultation. For custom builds, the app, data and accounts are all created in the client’s name and are not separately retained by J&I. For subscription services, J&I stores data as needed to run the service, under that service’s own terms.

1. What we collect

  • When you request a quote: your name, business name, industry, inquiry details, contact (phone or email), and budget range (optional).

2. Purpose of use

  • Quote consultation and replies, and contact for carrying out the project.

3. Retention and destruction

  • Information is destroyed without delay once the consultation ends or upon your request for deletion.
  • Where retention is required by applicable law, it is kept only for that legally required period.

4. Provision to third parties

  • Except as required by law, collected information is never provided to third parties.
